3. What are the purposes of the processing of their personal data by DIGITAL GROUP?
The User’s personal data collected by DIGITAL GROUP may be used for the following purposes, according to the consent given in the corresponding registration form:

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the User shall have the right to file a complaint with a Control Authority, in particular in the Member State in which they have their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in the event that they consider that the processing of their personal data is unlawful, as well as in the event that the exercise of their rights is not satisfied. The control authority with whom the complaint has been filed shall inform the complainant about the complaint’s ongoing situation and outcome.
